Our pre-purchase surveys are carried out prior to signing contracts for both new and existing properties. This survey is an important measure to have carried out as a property may be sold with critical structural defects that are not apparent to the potential purchaser. The potential purchaser can still purchase a defective property, but at least the potential purchaser has been informed of the defect prior to purchase. A substantial defect may endanger the life of the potential purchaser and in addition the potential purchaser may be able to negotiate on the value of the property.
